Comporta Signature Lda is – through its founding partner – involved in the development of a major resort project on the Bahia Discovery Coast in Brazil – www.belmontebahiabeachvillage.com.br

The resort will feature 600 individual villas + boutique hotel + beach club + Golf pitch and putt + tennis and equestrian center. The development is located in Belmonte, the cocoa capital of Brazil in the early 20th century, and the concept is inspired by the luxury residential resorts of Florida and Marbella, offering luxury modern amenities and high spec living in contemporary colonial style compact villas

While it has a character of its own and is distinct from the projects planned in Comporta, both share the desire for quality and creativity that is the driving force behind everything we do. Above are some examples of the colonial style properties that begin construction in Q3, 2017. In addition, Comporta Signature is also involved in various land-banking schemes in the state of Bahía
